Hello Stranger.

i'm gonna be doing a more non-me kinda entry today. A lot has entered my mind recently, and i decided to out-pour my ideas, once and for all. So here they are!

Whitney Houston! We all know that she has been having that long period of comeback ever since her divorce from ex-husband, Bobby Brown. And she has done a couple of live performances over the last year until this. And she's looking fantastic for a 45 year old.... legend! :D And i keep saying: i really can't wait for her album to come out!

Anyways, i've got a video from Pink Panther, one of my favourite funny movies! Oh yeah, i caught the second movie of the Pink Panther, and its not THAT good as the first. but anwyays, its still quirky! Its Steve Martin! Oh well, just watch it already!



I've been talking about this for my last couple of posts. America's Next Top Model Cycle 12! Anyways, Tyra Banks did a photo of herself, which honestly, looks ghastly. i thought it was Leona Lewis when i saw it as a thumbnail. And just look at that eye-liner!


Above is the promotional picture of the girls for the cycle. I cant wait for it to premiere! SO EXCITING!!!! AHHH! what they're wearing looks fantastically gorgeous! If you're wondering, here are some statistics:

I'm really annoyed at how all my shows aren't showing frequently. its so sporadic, and i really dislike it. Sometimes i really wana watch GG on a Tuesday but it doesn't show. WHY?! ARGHHHH!

Adriana Lima has gotten hitched! If you don't know who she is, watch Victoria's Secret and you'll probably know better! :D anyways, she got married to this NBA star who looks really ugly (just look at him! ugh!) :S i mean, Alessandra Ambrosio has better taste. LOL. AHHHH! My hotnesssssss (in the goddess sense) and favourite Alessandra!

Anyways, here is Pink singing "Joyful Joyful" and i was really shocked at this because...its Pink. and i never knew she had such a powerful voice. This was way back then when she had pink hair, evidently. Enjoy! :



My last video today is really cute and fascinating! I found this really weird, but i think it turned out to look cuter than weird. lol. Its the fainting goats! take a look!: (turn your volume up a bit)

Come Late, Come Peace.

Hello Strangers.

Well, February is seeing its last few days as the month, ending on the 28th. That's a mere 7 days! Right. So, its good to know that i'm done with 2 papers, and have 2 left. Macroeconomics and Financial Markets. I'm so exhausted by the mugging i've been through the last 3-4 days. Its insane how tiring it is to do last minute mugging. Anyhoots, its really comforting to know that i've got only a week left! well, 6 days to be exact. I so cannot wait for this to end! 

Anyways, i found this website where we could create words like those, below. Well, actually, i just entered in my blog address and it appeared like that. its a really cool thing, and it has lots of designs. great for my future presents! :D so, go find the website yourself because i might consider giving you a present, just considering! 

Kelly Clarkson's album "All I Ever Wanted" leaked yesterday with short clips of it, and the full album leaked today. have yet to hear the full album, but i don't think the clips sound very fantastic. Both ways, i hope it does grow on you, do go get a listen to them! Most of her songs are written by herself, and others like Katy Perry, Kara DioGuardi and Ryan Tedder. 

Whilst we are still on music, Alexis Grace's performance on American Idol was stunning. It was so powerful and soulful. :D I'm gonna be watching her throughout the competition! heh. 

Yeah, read the ugly-ass title. ANTM Cycle 12 girls have been revealed for a while now, and i dont know, i just dont think its gonna be a fantastic cycle. maybe its still the demoralizing exams mood that's killing my hopes. oh dammmn. 

So i dont know if you've noticed that Sony has been marketing a new product. Yeah, its called the Rolly. Its interesting, if you have already watched the clip above. I've not much to say other than its rather pointless. LOL.

Does it feel, does it know, does it sense, does it change. one, a two. maybe three. chances, upon seizure caved inward. life, unprecedented. by love, perhaps just as freshly crowned.

cower, search withdal, find, but it'll not appear. because right before you, it lies. an antidote to your pain. shielded by surreality, hidden by false pretenses. once bitten twice shy. not this, it'll never die. given hope, creation of belief's in oneself; far from attainment, further in terms of achievements. maybe time will tell. maybe time will toil. chains will lengthen, ball bearings would cling heavier. metal will cringe as grimaces mark their permanence as a life changes its stance. leaving behind a scarred and painful mould for the next to fit. fitting into the crevices as last imprinted. adaptation to one through the exterior and superficiality. sheer facial value stings less harshly than a word and heart of truth. a brimming cup of love, an exodus and permeation into the very core of thyself. what stands between, one only dislikes. it comes the time to dispel its disgrace and distaste. so hinder its taking to such heterodox. take heed, make deed, sow seeds rightfully deemed.

Permanent Monday.

HELLO DEAREST PEOPLE!
i have finally decided to do yet another post for this month. however, i realized that we're more than halfway through the month, and this is only my third post to date. hmmmm, i'm getting slower aren't i?

anyways, over the weekend, Ernest and i decided an outing to the zoo. It has been a really long time since i set foot into that place all the way at Mandai. And it has changed so so much! Anyways, for those who haven't been to the zoo before which i'm certain there are yes, here are some pictures!

The Kids Word of the zoo has changed a lot! i remember there used to be this train which would pass KFC and all. but its now retired, and the tracks are let to rest. So anyway, there was this "house" there, which had that wax figure which i sat beside. Genuinely scary because she looked so real from behind! Oh yeah, and the giant cockroach. EWW. i HATE cockroaches.

AHHHH! The Warthog and Babirusa! I was wondering what does "Babirusa" stand for. and Ernest told me its a cross between a pig and a deer. hence, babirusa. Anyways, it is BY FAR one of the ugliest creatures i've seen to date. i mean, even a horseshoe crab looks sexier........ i mean, not that it is sexy at all, but yeah. BACK TO THE TOPIC... the Babirusa has 4 horns. imagine that....or just look at it below. :D

Oh yeah, and the female warthog was staring at me. OMG. so freaky.....

We visited the Australian section, comprising of Wallabies, Kangaroos and Emus. THE WALLABIES WERE AAAAADORABLE! :D so yeah. we also realized that the Emu's ears were really weird. like it looked like it was at the back of the head? hmmmm. so go google that if you're free. :D

All in all, the zoo has really been furnished for the tourists these days, and a trip down to the zoo would make your life in Singapore more interesting. Well, the fact that there are animals like the Babirusa which i never knew, exist,shows you that there is a wealth of knowledge and fun awaiting you! :D

So, the promotional picture for ANTM Cycle 12: Get In The Fold, has come out! And this cycle will see 13 girls again (instead of 14), whereby it will be set in New York City and the international destination this cycle is... BRAZIL! :D yeah, where all our hot models come from!!!!

Anyways, the premiere date has been changed to the 4th of March 2009 instead of the 25th of February. So all you avid ANTM watchers, do take note! Oh, doesn't Tyra look...fatter in the picture? hmmm.

In addition, a new TV series of genre: Science Fiction, has premiered! The name of this series? Dollhouse. I watched the first episode yesterday, and i was really lost. The leading actress, Eliza Dushku is really suave and it seems like its a good series to watch, so i'm adding that to my list! :D

So i'm sure you guys have heard of how the Circle Line's third stage is gonna open in May 2009. Well, i was intrigued by this and did some research. Did you know that LTA is planning on expanding the MRT System so much so that it would be larger than London's Tube system? Well, lets give you a visual to enable you to compare better.

Above is the current MRT System. As i can count, there are 3 main lines. Below is the prospective MRT system. I cant count how many main lines there are. My apologies. But do take a look at how crazy it would be if LTA were to actually do that by 2040. I wouldn't wana take MRT any longer.....
So it brings me to the closing of my post, where i would wana leave you with a video by the Pussycat Dolls. Their new single, "Bottle Pop" has premiered and its a really hilarious video! Untitled, She Spoke.

And i present to you one of the most honest proses i've written to date. Hope you catch my drift in one paragraph, or another. Here it goes:

Untitled, She Spoke. 
As she looked. Blankly stared.  Eyes fixated upon the open book. Her mind swirled into a jumble, a deluge of thoughts. Another one. As the words embellished themselves into her mind once again, she heaved a sigh of regret. “Why”, she asked herself. “What was I thinking?!” And as she pondered, lingered at the threshold of doubt. A word. A path. An answer. Had she found, or was she found?

And as the moment faded into time. As the moment recited its victory in which a concoction of likes, lies and lessons saw her life endure. And as the girl, that ‘she’, a small delight, a small terror. She grasped what was in reach – love. In surreal company, a misery that gleamed in honour. What stood in line, she rejoiced for. A dull rainbow, a boring novelty. She wondered ,and wandered down streets in her life - a straight-jacket she never escaped from. Her pretense now faulted. Her life, her soul, her love she never dared challenge. A wick without wax to burn, a life without a heart.

And there stood a many answer that sense didn’t put a finger to. What was the end, as she surrendered in more wet pity. Pleading, for torture? A juncture where words seemed less than credibility proved. A reconnection to the former? Or were formers all a ditto replica of the latter? In life, she put her first foot as front. Risky? Caution? Trust. Faith. Shunned from light, tongue pulled back in remorse and deathly fear. Looming in despair, her shrouded heart smashed when light penetrated. A black room turned white. The awkward silences the pair found present. A sight. A fight. A plight, pathetic.

She slammed it shut. Gushes streamed down in her cascading mind as it hovered over hope, lost. Akin a ship without a sailors, it sinks. Her life without the other, dies. 

Together.

The lyrics? From the song "Together" by Michelle Branch. It may be simplistic, but think about it. simple is good too, right? This song was off the movie soundtrack of The Sisterhood Of The Travelling Pants 2. And its a really nice song......very Michelle Branch-ish. :D So below is youtube video of the song, with lyrics and weird pictures sometimes. but still, would suffice. 

Oh yeah, have i mentioned how UGLY the wordings are above each youtube video now is? OMG, its like the ugliest ass thing ever! Its hideous and pointless! Whatever for?! anyways, here it is. 

its been a hectic start to the month of February. Mid February greets my first post of the month as we gear ahead with tests and exams. However, highlights of this month aren't exactly the exams, right? V. Day happens to be really close round the corner, as some of my friend's birthdays are too! 

Its KIEWU'S BIRTHDAY TOMORROW! :D and i wana wish him a fantastic 18th! Even though we're only 2 weeks away from our exams, hope you have a bash of a birthday! And we'll go out after the exams alrights! Tomorrow is also the LAST day of CNY! And, its also my 25% DSS Final Test. 

i know, all good things fall on the same day, right? :D Anwyays, today's post was just an update on how my schooling life was. Now that all my projects are over, its time to mug, for exams. Oh, lastly, ANTM Cylce 12 premieres 25th February! :D
