A Song Memo.

hey people.
this entry is done at 3.18am on 22nd August 2008, but i just changed the date. i decided to do such a late post. well, a post of songs. songs that have a difference in meaning to my life. lets forget about songs that i put up here everyday. these are randomly thought up. no preparation done. so, here they are.

Craig David - You Don't Miss Your Water

i have put this song on my blog before, and i have to put it again. it reminds us of how important that one person is to us. that we only regret the decision if you do even regret, that when the person is gone, and never coming back. so, please, as i always say. treasure those you love so dearly. cuz you will only miss it when its all gone.

Stacie Orrico - More To Life

why this song? well, there always is a point in life that you feel that you deserve someone or something better. Just like Backstreet Boys' song "Happily Never After", perhaps sometimes you do deserve someone better... that motivating factor that keeps pushing you for more, that drive, that expectancy - its simply human nature, dear.

Layla Kaylif - Shakespeare In Love

this wonderful song that reminds you of your happiness and joys that were once seen as troubles. When you used to believe that love wasn't existing in the world, when you started loving so much. Perhaps Shakespeare was really in love, and perhaps we all should love unrelentingly.

Mariah Carey - Through The Rain

ahhh, this wonderful song that spurs us onto searching for more meaning. kind of an encouraging song and a soulful song at the same time, i never find myself at the expanse of being so emotional. but nevertheless, chin up because the song is about looking ahead and being strong, persistent, unshaken. (: You will always find a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, so be optimistic and trust in yourself and your judgements.

S Club 7 - Have You Ever

And now, the sad songs come. One that makes you reflect with the question "Did i do it right?" because many a time we are forced into that nook, into that corner with no way out. well, technically, there is - to give up. But is giving up really the right thing to do? i dont know about it for all situations, but when it comes to love? Never. love is patient, kind and never ceases right? have YOU ever loved and lost somebody, wished there was a chance to say i'm sorry?

India.Aire - Heart Of The Matter

And the sad song about giving it all up because i will move on? Well, this song really makes you cry. Together with "All By Myself"? its a deadly combination. dont do it. you'll feel horribly miserable. Listen to a song like this because it talks about how you're gonna move on even if you love the other so truly. and when that happens, come back to the basics of yourself. start to forgive and release all bitterness. make yourself a better person through it. dont do it for someone, do it for yourself. (:

And when all is said and done,
lets pray for better days ahead of us all.
love.
