let me start off with my recent trend of picture perception based on my fluctuating mood. anyway, gazing in awe of the flawless picture above, i couldnt help but remember how things that are buried deep in a rut could turn for the better. this post today would be all about optimism. i dont see all negative. i'm an opportunist and an optimist. so leave me for who i am, and stop expecting of me. it either makes me level up, or piss me off. typically, i tend to inevitably choose the latter. (:
ahhh. you must be wondering why that starting. well, it comes to the third of the month. many things have happened in general. the seventh month has started. oh golly for that. and so has my grandpa's passing. furthermore, the exams are just round the corner. things that seem so bleak and hazardous might not always be. you know the cliche, "what goes up must come down"? well, yes, thats true. i believe so. just like "what goes around comes back around", a non-believer of the word "karma", but i think its almost oddly similar. :S
i finally got my hands on Katharine Mcphee's studio recording of "My Destiny", and i got to say it really did set off a series of unknown feelings for me. the live version wasnt very fantastic, but the studio version sounded of everything. gentle, a little annoying sometimes, straining of her voice. but all in all, i really loved it. (: here it is!:
submission of project for ITB is tomorrow, and i have decided to not go for it. i'm on the verge of succumbing to the deadly and deathly influenza. =XX but oh well. pumping of vitamins, water, fruits and sleeping much wont exactly help much at the eleventh hour, will it?
anyhows, i caught The Mummy 3 over the weekend,
lastly, i just heard the wonderful live version of Colbie Caillat's songs, Realize and Bubbly from Abbey Road. i couldnt find the versions on imeem, so i decided to upload it myself. (: haha. well, here it is! Colbie with Bubbly!:
thats all for today!
lotsa love!
