Dee-Dee-Dum.

hello darlings.
Melbourne has been treating me fine. i wonder how people survive the spring season, going out with just a pair of shorts and a tee-shirt. its friggin' cold please, and since tonight's 9 degrees celcius! *shivers a long shiver*
anyways, i'm gonna be posting quite a few pictures today, so here they are. i will try to write a bit on each picture, unless i've got nothing to say absolutely. alright, so today, the 4th of October 2008 happens to be Singapore Day in Melbourne. so, me being ever so uhhmm patrotic, decided to go! :D the proof is right above! heh.

and so, i spent almost my whole day at Singapore Day, and then proceeded to take some photographs of Yarra River and.. then proceeded to Clifton Gardens to snap some shots of the trees and stuff like that. below are the pictures taken, which kinda remind me of Liyun's photos of Botanic Gardens. :S heh.

anyways, i've decided that i'm not gonna go surf tomorrow. well, firstly, its really cold. next, i'm afraid i'll hit the reef and die. subsequently, i wana spend my time....shopping! heh. lastly, i have no last reason. lol. i'll try surfing next time. hah. anyways, continuing with the photos:

anyways, i went to Toorack yesterday. Toorack, happens to be one of the wealthiest suburbs in Melbourne according to Weijin. and, true enough, i saw Bentley's and Ferrari's along the street. yikes. anyways, after doing lots of window shopping, Weijin and i went for dinner! and we ate that dish you see below. it happens to be a speciality dish - Chicken wings in eeg yolk. I KNOW, sounds disgusting. lol. but it was good :D

anyways, continuing the photos of Clifton Gardens, this was taken and i thought it looked really neat! like the rows of trees and all. reminds me distinctly and somehow vididly of my trip to Japan where we captured that famous row of trees. :D very nice. anyway, while i was snapping away, a wedding was in procession at the right side of the gardens! heh.

this is..umm, a picture of a flower? LOL! well, when i was walking toward the house, saw this. and decided to snap it. the sun was shining on it perfectly, and i didnt edit this picture at all. :D love the colour. i guess we only get to see such richness abroad! haha.

AND THIS! the setting sun. i was really wow-ed by the colours. it was breathtaking. and this, right at your doorstep really. i took this from the appartment's balcony. really beautiful. i love it!

anyways, tomorrow i would be going to the Great Ocean Road, AGAIN! :D hahaha. and i'm actually excited to, because of how i wana capture beautiful coastal sceneries! i'm such a crazy person. anyways, thats all for today! hope you liked the pictures! :D

xoxo,
Marcus.
