Stained Hearts, At Distance.

hello darlings.
here's yet another update for the month of October, and from Australia. Been a few days since i last updated and here is what i have captured with my lovely SLR. i really am glad that i have, even as lousy as it may be, a DSLR. truly, the shots that come out without editing, are so beautiful. :D so the above picture was taken along the Great Ocean Road, from Geelong toward Torquay i think. :D heh!

and as this Spring happens to be a super cold one, its not suprising how i wore 3 layers to go see the cute little penguins on Phillip Island just yesterday! furthermore, it rained at night, and i could safely say the temperature dropped to a low of 9 degrees, yet again. anyways, the picutre above...umm. well yeah. needless to say :D

i apologise herein, for the large pictures. i dont know why they're not resizeable. or rather, i couldnt really be bothered to. i mean, after spending a great deal of time editing them, i dont have much patience to resize them in blogger. whatever! so, above and below happen to be a lighthouse. i initially wanted to do a Black & White shot, but i 'd probably not edit it B&W. the picture below, is a good one though. you could save it and play with it :D

Lets run through. On Sunday, my dad drove all the way to Geelong, Torquay, Anglesea and Lorne. He didnt have the stamina to go further due to the winding of the roads. However, we headed back to South Warnita where we stayed the night at a friends' place. The next day, (Monday), we proceeded to Phillip Island. The Grand Prix was just over there, so it was really crowded still. However, they were clearing. Tuesday was a cold, cloudy and a very bad day in short, for photography. Thankfully, the weather cleared up and the sky cleared to a nice shade of blue. :D Below is a tree stump! YAY!!!

I awkwardly feel as if the picture below has been taken before. i guess many people love taking photographs of the jetty/pier/idk-what-else-you-call-it. I edited this black and white to make the picture stand out better compared to a normal coloured picture. so, yeah. somehow, again, reminds me of Liyun. :D

Continuing from where i left, the day at Phillip's Island turned out memorable with many passing curtains of rain. The picture below was taken at The Nobbies. The sun was setting and this picture was really bright at first. clearly, it wasnt edited wonderfully. but oh well, i'm still working on my photoshop skills. :D heh.

And the last picture, which reminds me vividly of some wonderful background picture used on the covers of "My Daily Bread" or some Christian Bible Study books. LOL! the gull happened to fly past. and it also coincidentally happened to look like an eagle :D YAY! i love this shot. hope you like it too! :D

ahhh, and so. Today (Tuesday), we drove back from Phillip's Island to Mebourne City. Did some shopping. but didnt find much. a little annoyed actually. tsk! i also met up with Justin! :D he said he might be coming to Singapore. awesome stuff then!

tomorrow i'm gonna be going to Glenwavery to visit my cousin and niece! :D CANT WAIT! heh. and... yeah. i cant wait to come to Singapore too. there's just that special someone i miss so dearly.

xoxo,
Marcus.
